Lisbon is an unforgettable city.
Explore it.
The Tagus River and the Sun are symbols of the city, always close by. Lisbon is a mirror of light and color, where natural and architectural beauty are unequivocal.
A thousand years of history runs through unique monuments and typical neighborhoods where the city was born and where it keeps true to its origins. A blend of old and modern is met on the riverside, connecting Belém and Parque das Nações, an area for leisure strolls and gatherings.
A city of contrasts, bohemian by night, and serene during the day, with its parks and romantic gardens.
With about 3000 hours of sunlight per year, the weather in Portugal is pleasant, and its blue sky striking. The 850Km of coastline display breathtaking beaches, making Portugal one gigantic beach itself, ideal for surfers of all levels and from all over the globe. For this reason, the main international surfing events are hosted in Portugal.
Standing amongst the safest countries in the World, in Portugal people may also enjoy a very accessible cost of living when compared to other European countries. Not only does Portugal offer a large cultural patrimony and many leisure activities, but it also offers special gastronomy, with excellent wines and typical dishes where codfish is king.
